PT Tech Mayantara Asia ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by PT Tech Mayantara Asia, including but not limited to my TMA, as well as any other current and future applications released under our developer account (collectively, the "Apps").
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Apps. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
SCOPE AND COVERED APPLICATIONS
This Privacy Policy covers all services, features, and functionalities provided within the mobile applications owned and operated by PT Tech Mayantara Asia, including:
myTMA (Employee & Workforce Management Application)
Any other mobile applications published under the PT Tech Mayantara Asia developer account on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
A. Information You Provide to Us Depending on the App you are using, we may collect information that you directly provide to us, including:
Account & Profile Information: Full name, corporate or personal email address, phone number, job title, employee ID (e.g., TMA ID), profile picture, and login credentials.
Work & Request Submissions: Data submitted through in-app forms, such as attendance records, leave requests, travel requests, reimbursement claims, task updates, and health status (specifically for workforce apps like my TMA).
Customer Support: Information provided when you contact our technical support team or report an issue.

B. Automatically Collected Information When you access or use our Apps, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including:
Device Information: Mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, IMEI), and system performance data.
Log & Usage Data: IP address, access dates and times, app crash logs, features accessed, and interaction data within the App.

C. Device Permissions Our Apps may request specific access permissions on your mobile device to enable certain features. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings:
Location Data (GPS & Network): Accessed to verify your physical presence for location-based features (e.g., attendance check-in/check-out in my TMA).
Camera: Accessed to allow profile picture updates, photo-based attendance verification, or uploading receipt/document photos.
Storage / Media / Files: Accessed to upload attachments, save reports, or cache local data for optimal performance.
Notifications: Permission to send push notifications regarding system updates, task reminders, and request approvals.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for legitimate operational and business purposes, including to:
Provide, maintain, and deliver the core services and features of our Apps.
Authenticate user identity and manage enterprise user accounts.

Employer / Organization: If you use an enterprise App (such as my TMA), your attendance data, request submissions, and work profile will be accessible to authorized administrative personnel within your organization/employer.
Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., cloud hosting providers, database managers, and system infrastructure vendors) who assist in operating our Apps under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request to protect our legal rights, user safety, or public safety.
Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or asset sale, where data transfer is necessary to continue operations under equivalent privacy obligations.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
YOUR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT DELETION
You have the right to access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data held within our Apps.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
