Two Octades of Growth: TMA Celebrates Its 16th Anniversary with the Spirit of Transformation and Togetherness
Bandung, August 6, 2026 – August 6 has always been a special milestone for the entire PT Tech Mayantara Asia (TMA) family. This year, the company proudly celebrates its 16th anniversary, marking two octades of dedication to delivering technology solutions, nurturing human potential, and creating sustainable value for customers, partners, and society. Sixteen years represent far more than the passage of time—they reflect a remarkable journey filled with learning, challenges, innovation, perseverance, and collaboration that has shaped TMA into the company it is today. The anniversary celebration began with the company's regular Daily Meeting, held at 9:00 AM WIB through TMA's primary collaboration platform, Discord. Although team members joined from different locations—some working from the office while others participated remotely under TMA's flexible working model—the spirit of unity and shared purpose remained as strong as ever. Technology once again demonstrated its power to bring people together around a common vision. During the meeting, Deden Himawan, President Director of PT Tech Mayantara Asia, delivered a heartfelt reflection on the company's journey while encouraging every member of TMA to use this anniversary as an opportunity to renew their commitment, strengthen their shared purpose, and seek Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala's guidance and blessings for the future. He opened his remarks by offering a prayer that captured the hopes of the entire organization: "O Allah, bless all of our leaders, management, and employees with good health, enthusiasm, unity, and honesty. Protect us from every obstacle and crisis, strengthen our collaboration, and grant us lawful and abundant sustenance so that the success of this company may bring genuine prosperity to the entire TMA family."

TMA Welcomes IPI Garut Interns: Strengthening Academia–Industry Collaboration through ERP
Bandung, July 20, 2026 – PT Tech Mayantara Asia (TMA) continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing Indonesia's next generation of digital talent through close collaboration with academic institutions. On Monday, July 20, 2026, TMA welcomed Purnomo Sidiq, M.Kom, a supervising lecturer from the Institut Pendidikan Indonesia (IPI) Garut, who visited the company's office to officially introduce and entrust four students who will undertake their Industrial Internship Program at TMA. The visit marked the beginning of a collaborative initiative between academia and industry aimed at preparing students for real-world professional challenges. For TMA, an internship is far more than an academic requirement—it is a long-term investment in nurturing future engineers by providing them with hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade digital solutions. Representing TMA during the meeting was Rizal, who warmly welcomed the delegation from IPI Garut. The discussion was conducted in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, covering various aspects of the internship program, including its objectives, project scope, mentoring approach, and the shared expectation that the program would create meaningful value for both the students and the company. The four students joining the internship program are Dito, Devira, Fajril, and Wildan. Rather than being assigned individual tasks, they will work together as a complete product development team, experiencing firsthand how professional software development projects are managed within the technology industry.
