TMA Holds Internal Consolidation in Lembang, Discussing Technology, Team Building, and Application Development Strategies
Lembang, January 20–21, 2026 — PT Tech Mayantara Asia (TMA) held a two-day internal consolidation event in Lembang, West Java. The event served as an important moment for the entire team to align their vision, strengthen collaboration, and understand the company’s strategic direction amid the rapid evolution of digital technology.
The event was attended by management and all technical teams of TMA, with the main agenda featuring a presentation by the President Director, Deden Himawan. In his keynote session, he emphasized the importance of organizational readiness in responding to increasingly fast and disruptive technological changes.
In his presentation, Deden Himawan explained that the technology landscape is moving toward more complex integrations, with a strong focus on modern architectures such as cloud-native systems, microservices, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). He highlighted that companies must adapt not only in terms of technology but also in mindset and ways of working.
“Today’s technological development is not just about tools, but about how we build systems that are adaptive, scalable, and deliver real business value. We must be ready to move fast without compromising quality,” he stated.

The following session covered the application development methodology adopted by TMA. The company applies an Agile-Hybrid approach, combining the flexibility of Agile with the structured nature of traditional methods such as Waterfall. This approach is considered effective in addressing the needs of complex enterprise projects while maintaining development speed.
Through this methodology, application development is carried out iteratively in sprints, supported by clear planning and structured documentation. This allows the team to deliver incremental value while still complying with governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, TMA emphasizes DevOps practices in its development process, including the implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD). This approach accelerates the transition from development to deployment while minimizing potential errors.
