Ensuring a Smooth Indonesian Independence Day Celebration with Telkom, Telkomcare with Tech Mayantara Asia’s Touch Praised by Telkom’s Ebis Director

Jakarta, August 17, 2026 – The series of events commemorating the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day officially concluded successfully tonight. Behind the smooth availability of telecommunications services and digital infrastructure at various critical locations across the country, Telkomcare, an application owned by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, successfully played a strategic role in monitoring the entire network in real time.

The success of this nationwide event monitoring operation was presented directly before the Director of Enterprise & Business Services (Ebis) at Telkom. The Director expressed great satisfaction with Telkomcare’s user interface (UI) and its ability to precisely monitor service stability throughout the event.

Appreciation from the HUT RI Event PIC and the Team’s Collaboration

Through an official message following the conclusion of the event, Erica, the HUT RI Event PIC from Telkom’s EBIS Division, expressed her highest appreciation and gratitude to everyone involved in monitoring and maintaining the system:

“Good evening, colleagues from TIF and Telkomcare. The entire series of August 17 events has officially concluded tonight. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the support from Mba Rien, Mas Salman, Mas Maulana, Mas Syam, Mas Usman, Mas Thara, and the entire team. Overall, Telkomcare was presented to the Ebis Director today, and he was very satisfied with its interface and its capabilities in monitoring services. Once again, thank you very much, and we look forward to your support again for future major events,” said Erica.

The technical monitoring and maintenance of Telkomcare were successfully carried out through close synergy and collaboration between:

Rien, Telkomcare PIC from Telkom’s DIT Division; Usman and Thara Arfiansyah, from Telkom’s TIF Team; and Maulana Septiyadi (Senior Developer), Salman Artadi (Developer), and Syam Sofyan (Developer) from PT Tech Mayantara Asia (TMA).

Monitoring Strategic National Locations

Telkomcare directly monitored network performance status at strategic locations associated with the HUT RI celebrations, including Merdeka Palace, Monas, Bogor Palace, Cipanas Palace, Yogyakarta Palace, Tampak Siring Palace, IKN, TMP Kalibata, the DPR/MPR complex, and Halim.

Of the 89 monitoring nodes in total, the system recorded network conditions at an optimal level, achieving Zero Down status. Meanwhile, the 17 nodes marked as Inactive represented temporary service allocations that had completed their operational use following the National Dhikr event. As a result, all primary infrastructure remained actively monitored and operated smoothly without disruption.

Ready to Support Future Major Events

The successful monitoring and support of the HUT RI series of events further reinforces the role of PT Tech Mayantara Asia (TMA) as a trusted technology partner of Telkom Indonesia in supporting and developing strategic applications.

With its experience in application development, system monitoring, and technology solutions, PT Tech Mayantara Asia remains committed to continuously supporting Telkom Indonesia in securing the availability and reliability of critical digital services for future major national and international events.
